RETURN POLICY

IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCTS YOU MAY RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT. WE OFFER A REFUND SERVICE GIVEN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED.

  • CLOTHING MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. ONCE CLOTHING HAS BEEN WORN AND/OR WASHED IT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

  • ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOU RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

  • THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE PRODUCTS UNLESS IT IS FAULTY OR INCORRECT.

  • YOU MUST CONTACT US TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN, PACKAGES SENT BACK WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US MAY NOT BE REFUNDED.

  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • FRAGRANCES CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED IF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS FULLY INTACT WITH UNBROKEN SEALS. THE FRAGRANCE CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED IF IT HAS BEEN SPRAYED.
